Ingredients:
– 1 pound of salmon fillets
– 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
– 1 clove of garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup of pesto sauce
– 1/4 cup of sour cream
– 4 hamburger buns
– Lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
3. Divide the salmon mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
4. Place the salmon patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and golden brown. Make sure to flip them gently to prevent them from falling apart.
5. While the salmon burgers are cooking, mix together the pesto sauce and sour cream in a small bowl to create the pesto cream sauce.
6. When the salmon burgers are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two until lightly browned.
8. Spread the pesto cream sauce on both sides of the buns.
9. Place a salmon burger on the bottom half of each bun and top with lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices if desired.
10. Serve the salmon burgers immediately and enjoy!
