Ingredients:
– 2 salmon fillets
– 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 green onions, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Parchment paper

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut two sheets of parchment paper, large enough to wrap each salmon fillet.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
4. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of parchment paper.
5. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Spoon the ginger and honey-soy sauce mixture evenly over each fillet.
7. Sprinkle the sliced green onions over the top of the salmon.
8. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon to create a packet, folding and sealing the edges tightly.
9. Place the salmon packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
10. Carefully open the packets and transfer the salmon to individual plates.
11. Serve hot, garnished with additional sliced green onions if desired.
12. Enjoy your ginger and honey-soy salmon en papillote!
