Ingredients:
– 1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup smoked salmon, sliced
– 1/2 cup cream cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a fork to poke holes throughout the surface of the pastry.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture onto the puff pastry, spreading it out evenly.
5. Arrange the slices of smoked salmon on top of the egg mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the eggs are set.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual portions.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
