1. Ceiling fans: Use a step ladder or long-handled duster to reach the blades. You can also use an old pillowcase to slide over each blade and trap the dust while wiping it clean.

2. Air vents: Remove the vent covers and use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For a thorough clean, you can also wash the vent covers with warm soapy water.

3. Light fixtures: Turn off the lights and let them cool. Once cool, use a microfiber cloth or a duster with an extendable handle to reach and wipe down the fixtures. Avoid getting water or cleaning solutions on the electrical parts.

4. Behind appliances: Use a long flexible duster or a vacuum cleaner with a crevice tool attachment to reach behind appliances like the refrigerator, oven, or washing machine. Be careful not to damage any cords or connections.

5. Window tracks: Use a small brush like an old toothbrush or a pipe cleaner to scrub the dirt out of window tracks. You can also use a mixture of vinegar and water to help loosen the grime.

6. Under furniture: Move the furniture if possible and vacuum the area thoroughly. Use a long-handled duster or a vacuum cleaner with extended reach to remove dust and cobwebs from under the furniture.

7. Baseboards: Use a microfiber cloth or a sponge mop to wipe down baseboards. You can use a mixture of warm water and mild soap for tougher stains and scuff marks.

8. Blinds or shades: Close the blinds or shades and use a feather duster or a microfiber cloth to gently wipe both sides of each slat. For a deeper clean, you can also use a mixture of warm water, vinegar, and dish soap.

9. Cabinet tops: If you have kitchen cabinets that do not reach the ceiling, use a step ladder and a microfiber cloth to remove dust and clean the tops. You can also use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.

10. Between appliances and countertops: Use a narrow nozzle attachment on your vacuum cleaner to remove crumbs and debris from the tight spaces between appliances and countertops. Be careful not to scratch the surface with the nozzle.
