Ingredients:
– 8 ounces macaroni
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
– 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
– 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the tomatoes start to soften.
4. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and toss to combine with the tomatoes and garlic.
5. Stir in the diced mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil leaves.
8. Serve the caprese mac and cheese warm and enjoy!
